Residential Development

Apart from focusing on first- and second-tier cities, China SCE Group’s strategy of residential development is to flexibly access to strong third-tier cities with key layout of "4+1 areas": the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, the Bohai Rim Economic Zone, the Guangdong – Hong Kong – Macao Greater Bay Area, the Central Western Core Cities and the Haixi Economic Zone. Currently, China SCE Group has expanded its market presence to more than 50 cities, with projects covering various core cities, such as Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Nanjing, Suzhou, Tianjin, Jinan, Qingdao, Chongqing, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Kunming, Fuzhou and Xiamen, etc., with the land storage area of over 32 million sq.m. Since China SCE Group developed “SCE·Junda center”, the first project in Quanzhou in 1996, the number of construction projects developed has been more than 200, with the development area of more than 60 million sq.m.

SCE Commercial Management with Intelligent Services

Based on its future transformation strategy and the upgrading domestic consumption, China SCE Group strategically expands its new retail commercial complex- FUNWORLD.By 2020, there are nearly 30 FUNWORLD have been opened or under construction and this number is expected to exceed 100 by 2025. In response to future development needs, China SCE Group has established SCE Commercial Management with Intelligent Service Holdings Co., Ltd., which is responsible for commercial operation management and property management including residence and public facilities, by providing intelligent services to the customers.

FUNLIVE Rental Apartments

Based on the national housing strategy of “dual focus on leasing and sale” and the development prospects of rental apartments, China SCE Group strategically expands its rental apartments business that focuses on expanding first-tier and core second-tier cities; China SCE Group has established FUNLIVE Holdings Limited Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the development and operation of rental apartments, forming a unique business model of "fund management + apartment chain operation". In 2020, 23,000 rental apartments have been opened for operation. It is expected that there will be more than 0.2 million rental apartments being opened by 2025.
